I’d love to share and also learn more about your investing strategy, out of state investing seems a bit daunting. Being that this is my first investment there’s been some bumps, but I’m learning.

Looking to connect with and learn from other real estate investors in the area. I’m new to St. Louis and new to real estate investing and want to build relationships with fellow investors. Closed on a duplex a couple months ago that I’m currently house hacking and I’m excited to start on this journey!
