Hello Everyone, 

I just moved back to Maryland from Seattle and am looking to invest in my first  estate in Baltimore, Maryland as a househack. I’m looking at purchasing either a multi family home or a single family home and operating the basement as a separate apartment. I was looking for a contractor to add a basement egress. Does anyone have any recommendations on contractors. I would also love tips and tricks for finding househackable multifamily homes/single-family homes in the Baltimore/DMV area!
