Hi Joel,

Best deal on the market ... I assumed that was up for debate. I meant, are multi-unit properties the way to go when investing for long-term cash flow? As opposed to single family homes, condos, etc.

We have discussed $30-$50k for purchasing and reserves combined. We have the option of FHA loan.

Honestly, I feel lost with all of the numbers and jargon. I'm still learning. : /

This site & forums are very helpful. I will continue to keep reading.

Thanks for your response(s)!

Hi all. I am new to this game called real estate and am looking to find something that creates cash flow for the long haul. There are four of us willing to partner up and get the best deal on the market, as the dream is to move to central America and have the cash flow here in the states. Currently, I am researching multi-unit properties near Universities.

Thoughts or suggestions on this topic?
