Is it a Del Walmsley word or is it used in all of real estate? Does it mean per property like a house is a door and an apartment building with 10 apartments is 10 doors? Thank you.

or should I have a real estate attorney with me to make sure everything’s in order?

Thank you.

What kinds of things are people doing while prices are high and expected to drop? Buying high and rehabbing and selling low doesn't seem like it would work too well 🤷‍♀️
