Greg Scott Not quite sure I'm following. Can you elaborate?

Just for clarification, my properties are in an LLC, and I want to put that into the Trust. So none of them are in my name. Moving forward, I will have to create the LLC under the trust I'm sure. But as of now, it looks like it would be expensive either way. What has your experience been regarding this?

I'm in the process of transferring some LLCs to my family trust. I would love feedback on what kind of fees attorneys charge for this type of transaction, especially since I know a lot of investors create an LLC per property. My trust attorney just sent a retainer invoice for $1500 to get the process started. Is there another way to set this up when starting your LLC in the first place?

Looking for some potential "boots on ground" for the San Antonio area. If you or someone you know is willing to do some legwork, I'd love to connect!

Looking for potential "boots on the ground" in the Dallas market and surrounding areas. More specifically, Garland, Rockwall, and Waxahachie. If you or anyone else you know can do some groundwork, I'd love to chat with you!

Can any of you provide resources for how you go about getting bots on the ground with long-term investments? I have a situation and I just received word I'll be getting a property deeded over to me from a managing partner. I need some guidance/direction as it's on the East Coast in Ligonier, PA. Thank you!

I'm looking into transactional lending. IF you've done this before, can you tell me about your experience? I want to know the good, bad and ugly. Thank you!

@Chris Mason Thanks so much. I really need to make it to a REIA meetup. Thanks for the great advice!

@Doug Smith Thanks so much. Great insight. Appreciate it!
