I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I am having a similar problem with knowing if I have run the numbers correctly on a deal or not. I would love some input on this: I am looking at a multifamily that comps put at around $165K, as far as similar properties sold recently in the same area. It has total rents at around $2800 a month, would be a cash purchase. I keep getting confused about the numbers- even after Brandon's amazing Multifamily webinar yesterday! Hm. Ideas? If this is the wrong place to post this, apologies!
