Awesome job!!! 

Hi everyone! My husband and I just completed our first ever flip! We have an accepted offer and are in the closing process currently. After all loans are paid back, commissions paid, and taxes accounted for, we will roughly have a profit of $20k. How would you use this profit to invest into your next deal? Would you re-invest it or save it up? Any insight that can be given or suggestions are greatly appreciated! I look forward to reading your responses and thank you in advance!

I know that I've had information overload! LOL! But I have to say....we threw caution to the wind and jumped head first into our first flip! We just listed it and got our first offer within 24 hours and we are going to be walking away with about a $20k profit! It was a longer process than anticipated but it was a HUGE learning experience!  As bold as it may be....just do it! Jump in! You can read all day long and night but until you take action, you won't gain momentum to make the goals happen that you long to achieve! There were laughs and tears during our first one but I am so pumped to start the next one! Take the leap Eric! You can do it!!

My husband and I just completed our very first flip! We just put it on the market yesterday and received our first full price offer within 18 hours of listing it! It was a huge learning experience but I am excited to do it all over again! I currently work full time at a bank but am looking to break away fully in 10 months! My husband is a licensed realtor and we're ready to hit the ground running! I recently ordered the book "The Book on Flipping Houses" by J Scott and am thoroughly enjoying it! Can't wait to connect with others who share the same passion as we do!
