Looking to hire a Realtor in Tulare County to look at options to sell a commercial property.  Looking for an experienced agent in commercial property that is local to Tulare County must know that market.  The "find an agent" tab only gives LA based agents.  Looking for a referral or an agent directly.  Thank you

Looking for a real estate attorney to review a contract I have with a federal entity, basically, I need an attorney to interpret it based on the law.  Looking for a large firm with small-town offices that has a lawyer with local knowledge (Terra Bella/Porterville) yet ties to horsepower so they can source as necessary. I can give more details as needed.

The "vendor" is the roofer he has a business license and a contractors license. It was just a general statement about "vendor for this commercial property".  I include all businesses who service this facility as vendors.  I had him add us as the certificate holder.  This was a timely response thank you so much.  I love BP so much.

Here’s my question in regards to a vendor producing a certificate of liability insurance . Should we be named as certificate holder ? And most importantly why or why not should they have general commercial liability as well as workers comp and employers liability. Vendors I have used in the past on personal property had both. The vendor for this commercial property only has workers comp and employers liability. Help anyone issues these for roofing/construction. I have called the producer but no response from producer.  I should note Small town not a lot of options.
