Good morning @Allan Bishop Jr.

Yes, I remember that. It's funny you mentioned Lyft or Uber because I was thinking, due to the flexibility, it would work better for me to do real estate also. I did sign up for Dasher to see if I can benefit in some way. I'll see how that goes for the next month or so. I am also interviewing with Berkshire Hathaway and applying for other jobs in real estate or pharm tech. I prefer real estate though haha.

Great! I am listening to episode 74 right now.

Thank you so much! I am very grateful that you took the time to give me tips. I'll be sure to reach out to you if I have other questions :)

Thank you Jacob! :) I am definitely working on finding a job right now and continue doing Real Estate Sales on the side.

Hi Everyone!

So I got my real estate license, however, I am working at a place that still feels like I'm in a rat race because people are competing left to right and the pressure is there. Plus, I would rather work from home. The problem I have is, I only have an AA degree, I don't have any income yet because I have not closed a sale. I completely believe in real estate, I just don't have any capital, currently investing in stocks but not actively, or a stable job, just a Pharm tech license.

I have been actively listening to bigger pockets for two years now and read some books including Robert Kiosaki's "rich dad poor dad", I still listen to Joe Fairless, I want to get started but I don't have much experience, only thing I know I do have of value is, that I am a hard worker and will do whatever it takes to get into real estate investing, as long as it's ethical. Should I just take any job like an escrow assistant to be more familiar? What are some recommendations? I would love to hear from people who have been in my shoes just as much as those who are willing to help regardless. I am also welcoming critical feedbacks and judgements.

My plan for now is to just work as an uber/lyft driver until I get a pharmacy tech job(not so into working for anyone but will do it) along with doing real estate on the side. But even with that, I don't feel like it's enough to start experiencing in real estate and ultimately becoming an investor soon. Thank you all in advance! :)
