Hey ya'll!! I'm very excited to have found Bigger Pockets and love all of the people and information you can obtain from here . I wish I new about it sooner. I have been venturing into the passion I have always had in working with homes and all that market has to offer. I am beyond excited to build relationships that will only bring success and greatness. Investing is something I have me striving to get into and now I am going to make that happen. I am currently having problems finding A brokerage I'm the central Florida area that does not require me to work as an agent full time , or that is okay with me investing on the side.
I also currently have access to my MLS through Thompson instead of ORRA and would love to not loose all my renewal fees I just paid. My current broker whom I've been with for about 2 years now , is moving on a different direction and no longer wants me to "hang my license " any longer . If anyone has any recommendations by all means. :)
