@Austen Carroll yes! We are military as well. We’ve been thinking about this for a long while, yet still not 100%, i know the repercussions.and even with the deployments I’m calculating a decent vacancy rate. Its def not winning the lotto but it does seem like a secure investmet for now. However I am still doing the normal second guessing. 

@John Teachout agreed. My husband and I both agree that if its not right we wont buy. But I’m definitely feeling the pressure of the timeline right now with everything else.

@Marci Stein We also owned a townhome with power lines behind it. Right in front of the view. Although thankfully it never affected our rent!

@Eric James just curious, have you known investors that have done this? I have known some that have and some that have not. I’m on this form to collect information. That is all.
