Hi @Jeff Fleis , I'm new to real estate investing and live in the Melbourne area.  I'm currently looking for my first flip or rental property.  I'm looking at the West Melbourne, Melbourne, Palm Bay area.  Any advice you can give on where to look and which realtors to contact would be much appreciated!!  @Ken Welsh is new to the Bigger Pockets community, but is familiar with our area and may be able to help you out!
