That is great! Thank you, Patti! I think I am going to go through them :)

Awesome! I checked them out and believe I will go through them as well :)

Hello!

I am currently doing researching courses to become a Real Estate Agent in Virginia. I was wondering if there was a specific online registration that is better than others? I've looked at Real Estate Express, Kaplan Education, The CE Shop and RealEstateU.

Thanks in advance!

Hi friends!

Newbie real estate investor here. My husband and I are looking to make our first investment in the year 2020. We want to do this by owner-occupied investing in a duplex, triplex or fourplex.

We are still working out our options as to how we will fund our first investment. As of right now, we like the idea of doing a fix and flip.

I just Brandon Turners book, Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down and thought the FHA 203k loan might be a good option for this. The other consideration is the BRRRR Strategy.

If you have flipped a house before, what loan worked best for you and why do you recommend it?

Thanks!

Hello!

My husband and I are brand new to real estate investing and are pumped to get involved! We have a particular interest in house hacking or flipping (but still have a lot to learn and are exploring our options) what are some of the resources you have found most valuable on this topic?

Open to all suggestions! Blog posts, specific episodes on Bigger Pockets, other podcasts to listen to, webinars, books, all the things!

Again, we are very new to real estate and still have a lot to learn - we appreciate your input!
