Most commercial brokerage houses have co star as it is the go to source for commercial deals and research. Have you thought about offering participation or a referral fee to a broker who works in a commercial house in exchange for data? If your referral fee is less than the 18K it would cost you anyway, you come out ahead. If not you can explain to your client Co Star and Loopnet are the same company, just different audiences.

By day I am a commercial asset manager overseeing asset portfolios worth millions for large REITS. By night I am a small investor looking to expand my real estate portfolio.
