We are possibly interested in the Dayton market because we have a couple of acquaintances who are invested there. We thought it might be a good place to start looking after we are settled with setting up the LLC.

Hi Folks, 

I am new to bigger pockets. My partners and I are seeking to form an LLC to purchase turnkey real estate property in Ohio, possibly Dayton Ohio. Does anyone have recommendations for terrific lawyers that they have used who are great with working with small real estate investors? Thank you very much for your help.
