Hi, I'm Jennifer from Utah.

  • 🌎 For my first property I would like to buy a place for my parents, they are lifelong renters, and on a fixed income. So it's a challenge so far, but I think this year we will get them a place.
  • 💫 I would like to buy my first investment property this year, to offset my husbands W2 income, using the professional real estate status. I'm looking in Salt Lake and Utah County, or possibly North Carolina, I like it there. Utah is a hard market for long term single family rentals to cash flow, so it's been difficult so far.
  • 🏠 I got interested this last year after my parents had to move again from their rental, as the owners decided to sell. I started researching ways to buy homes less traditionally, and different loan programs for elderly, since they do not qualify for a mortgage with their DTI. So I activated my real estate license and jumped in looking and comping. I had previously in the mid 2000's been a casual realtor for my local growing city.

I'm excited to learn and start investing in Real Estate!

I've been an Realtor since 2006 and when I looked into ways to help my Dad buy a home without using a bank, I came across Pace Morbys' Subto Community. Since joining it has been an absolute game-changer for my real estate investing journey, there are so many new ways I wasn't taught as a Realtor. The wealth of knowledge and resources shared within this community are so amazing. It's really the community he created that matters most to me. Doing this along side others, making new friends who share a similar goal in real estate, I love it. Pace and his team have created a supportive environment where members can learn, grow, and succeed in the world of subject-to investing. While I haven't found my Dad's next house yet, I have watched several new friends get theirs and also start investing the subto way.

The community itself is incredibly active and engaging, with members eager to share their experiences and offer valuable advice. Whether you're just starting out, or been doing this for a while, you'll find immense value in the diverse perspectives and expertise found here.

Pace's leadership and dedication to his community are evident in the quality of content and support provided. His passion for helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate is truly inspiring. He is the "Go Giver."

To anyone serious about mastering subject-to investing and taking their real estate journey to the next level. It's a decision you won't regret! Or just partner with those in the community. The value he created is in the community though! 100% So many go givers and people around you wanting you to succeed also.
