Found a buildable lot in a gated resort community  seller is just wanting to get rid of after 13 years (seller is older and not using amenities any longer)   Lots are cheap, couple grand   Seller only used it for owners rights to play golf, pools, tennis etc

Would cost me closing costs, $50 month hoa, $50 year taxes

Is there a market for something like this? 

I can't finance in my name for a few years due to a lien 

I'm looking for a bank to refinance my rental house. I'm currently financed with private money and want to go through a bank using just my LLC and not my personal credit-any recommendations?

I'm new to investing! In October I bought a townhouse in SW Abq for 50K put 3K into it and am renting it for $850. I'm hoping to do a fling in the next few months

I'd be interested if the location was fairly convienent  I'm on the west side
