I have an investment property and looking to see what property insurance I should switch too

Option One – Has a $2500/2% Hurricane Deductible. Personal Property Replacement Cost Coverage is not included, and valuation of contents would be based on the Actual Cash Value/ Depreciation.

Option Two - Has a $2500/5% Hurricane Deductible. Personal Property Replacement Cost Coverage is not included, and valuation of contents would be based on the Actual Cash Value/ Depreciation.

Thank you all. I do agree and am replacing

I appreciate the help

Hi, I am trying to rent in Miami and I have a townhouse that I haven’t been making much profit in. Due to evicting past tenants. It’s carpeted upstairs and debating/wondering if you’ve had more success with redoing the flooring . Not really wanting to spend more money on something that’s vacant.
