It truly has been very good so far. We posted it on Furnished Finder and that's it. We also do not tack on a bunch of fees. We intend to serve people working hard during undesirable shifts at the hospital. Their rent covers utilities and everything. It's not a fully fenced yard and we're on the fence about cats or birds, so we do not allow pets at the moment. The rent is also a little lower than comps in the area.

At the moment we do not have capacity to scale. Future potential though!

I only have one MTR but it's been rented solid since April, 2024 when we first posted it. It's a 2 bed 1.5 bath ranch right next to a major hospital in one of the safest parts of the city, though, so all the inquiries have been from nurses. We live nearby and manage it ourselves, which has worked out very well.

Best of luck! Do you plan on DIY-ing? I can send you a list of contractors in Columbus if that would be helpful!

We do a lot of DIY-ing, but there are things that we cannot do ourselves that I think we will run into a lot more once we find another property. A list of contractors would certainly be helpful!

We think we have a great little house perfect for medium-term renting. It's across from a big hospital and down the road from The Ohio State University. We hope to buy a fixer in an up and coming neighborhood and rent out our current one. Excited and kind of terrified!
