@Brady Pratt, I'm interested in learning more about investing in Oxford, MS. My sister in law just bought a townhome there which she is renting as an STR, and she realized that she really needs a property manager ASAP. Any help you can provide in pointing me to a PM or two would be much appreciated. The numbers for her townhome look great so I'm considering investing there myself. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Great advice, @Jaron Walling!! I will do some more searching online for help with turning our unit :) We manage our Denver one which isn’t very hard remotely. It’s just the cleaning/quality checking/misc fixes that we would need help with. Communicating, creating systems, etc are pretty easy.

Thank you for your reply, Jaron! Do you invest in South Dakota? We are not into motorcycling, but we are aware of the Sturgis rally and are obsessed with the beauty of the Black Hills. The property we found is a duplex in Sturgis for $244,000 which is renting for $145-$200/night per unit currently, and the deal will include all furnishings, kitchen items, etc. We are waiting on detailed financials, but so far seems like a pretty good deal. The big question is finding someone to manage it for us as we will own from Denver. 

This is my first post on BP though I've been consuming content for years. My husband and I own a very successful STR in Denver, Colorado and are now expanding our STR portfolio to the Black Hills of South Dakota. We put an offer in on a house used for STR in Sturgis, SD and are looking for advice and resources on BP for this new venture. Does anyone have any STR management recommendations(or insurance, lawyers, accountants, etc)? I've contacted a few companies but either haven't heard back, or they don't serve the Sturgis area. I would also love to connect with anyone investing in or doing real estate business in the Black Hills. I'm also happy to connect on anyone interested in investing in or setting up an STR in Colorado.
