@Chris Williams a quick search brought up dozens of rentals that accept pets. Unfortunately the market is such that Bay Area rentals are expensive. I left the Bay Area for that reason and commute in. If pet friendly is your primary aim, I think you are set. If the price range is a hindrance consider looking on the outskirts of over the altamont.

Hi everyone

I am looking for a property manager in the Jackson TN area. We are looking at purchasing in the area and the PM we were in talks with backed out due to the location of the homes. I started out with a handful of great recommendations but they are either not accepting new clients or don’t serve the neighborhood we are looking at. I am not in a position to self manage and need a trusted pm. All recommendations welcome, and if this post is better suited for another part of the forums, please let me know. I’ve been reading for a while but this is my first post.
