@bill

@Bill S. I found your response very helpful. I came on here because I am about to list my first rental unit and want to make sure I know how to pre-screen.

@Robert Gonzalez I definitely agree, I found it very helpful.

I just bought my first rental unit and I will be supplying the unit with used but in great condition appliances. There will be no garbage disposal or dishwasher. I agree with @Jonathan G. about the food disposal and the dishwasher will probably not even get used and it's something else you have to maintenance if it breaks if it breaks. I can tell you I had both, the disposal and the dishwasher and never used either.

Hope this helps.

Hi  Everyone,

 A few months back my husband and bought a duplex. We just finished the rehab in our unit and are now rehabbing the rental unit. In our unit we decided to go with a shower instead of a bathtub. We are debating on what to go with in the rental unit. We were first thinking of going with a shower as well but that may scare away any renters with children since a bathtub is more comfortable to bathe  children.  Suggestions please : ) .

@Samarn Derrick Vichitnand Thank you, yes the podcasts are awesome and very informative. I have actually been a member since August, just been super busy and haven't been active on here, just mostly listen to the podcast. I plan on being more active on here as the feedback from people on here is also very helpful.
