Quick question I have about rental properties in Orlando, FL is: Are window screens required on all of the windows? I have been searching the internet for any type of code or regulation and have not been successful. Thanks, in advance.

Lake Nona is super expensive. I would be surprised if could find something in that price range and still kind of far from UCF. If you would like some good UCF zip codes to look at just message me. Just curious why do you want it to be commutable to St. Cloud?

Call power company and they will most likely come. I have a property in Orlando and had the same issue as you. We have OUC and called them and the tree guys came about 4-6 weeks later after leaving a voicemail message and they cut it for free.
