gives you properties on and off the market, allows you to filter, which is one of it's best features in my personal opinion. It gives you the option to skip trace for 12 cents per owner and if they come up with nothing then you only get charged for the contact info that they do get a hold of. Hey Donald, I actually used it to find leads and I found it super beneficial. I suggest just giving it a try, they do have a 7-day free trial. Then you just email them to cancel if you don't find it to your liking. Hope that helps!
