Thanks @Greg Scott for this insight! I'll make sure to look at these add-ons as they are offered. I don't want to overpay for anything!

Hi BP! I am creating a start-up LLC and wanting to set up a holdings company in WY and then a separate LLC for rental properties in AZ. I have read several of Garrett's books and wanted to get a quote on what I needed to do. It looks like it's about $750 per LLC (both WY and AZ) to set up with one year of a registered agent being served for both. I've spoken with only a few other attorneys to compare prices and it seems to be about the same, but I'm looking for anyone that has used Garrett's service and would recommend or not recommend taking this route. I was also quoted a price on using their service to dissolve a current LLC that is not in use for us now. Not sure if this is something even worth spending money on. Thanks everyone!

Quote from @Jennifer Bailey:

Hi all! I am new to the Phoenix area and new to real estate investing. My husband and I are working on our first deal, but because our focus is primarily cash flow right now, we are interested in learning more about wholesaling (from a hands-on experience) apart from the books I am reading.

I would love to connect with anyone around the Phoenix area that has experience with wholesaling. Thanks!

Hi Jennifer. I myself have wholesaled real estate for a little over three years now. Never in Phoenix, but virtually in multiple markets across the US.

What is it you're looking for? Maybe I can be of assistance to you and your husband. Let me know how I can help!

Honestly, the biggest thing I’m looking for is a mentor to call on with questions as they come up.

Since you are virtual I would love to connect because my husband I travel full time and the end goal would be to be doing this virtually as well.

Would you be open to a call sometime?

Thanks so much Bob! We have actually heard that recently as well. Are you familiar with the Cottonwood area at all as to another good option? We are currently staying in this area, checking it out.

Hi everyone! I am new to Arizona and just starting to locate my first investment property between either Phoenix and Sedona. My husband and I sold our home and left our jobs in Atlanta eight months ago and have been traveling full time in our RV. We had no idea where we would land, but have fallen in love with Arizona and want to begin our new investment business in this location.

Because we know how to live in our RV well, we are looking to purchase our first property as a "house hack." Own it as our residence and then use it as a short-term.

In a two month period, I have learned so much from BP and am working on my agent license. I would be interested in meeting up with anyone else in this area to have new connections and learn from. This is such an exciting time!
