I saw online that there are single family homes on leased land, but I can't find a lot of information. Does anyone have experience selling homes like this? I invest mostly in Cobb County, Ga can I convert any house to a land lease?

Do you get homeowners insurance on a tax deed? Just wondering. My money will be tied up for at least a year and it seems like a gamble if the house were to burn down ect.
