Dan, that is fantastic!! I'm probably going to stick to flipping for now instead of holding. I'm not looking to do commercial - probably just SFR/small complexes for now. Since San Diego is so big, I'm looking in the better areas (Esco included). I'm mulling through a whole lot right now! North County and beach areas mostly. :)
