 Sounds very tempting. Wish it was that easy. My goal is to start my dream of having a substantial Real Estate Investment in the U.S. As to my why, if  I am not mistaken, now is the best time to invest.

Good Day, newbie here, I am interested in starting my investing journey in the U.S. I am a foreigner based outside the U.S., I would like to seek your expert opinion on what type of investment strategy(ie. flipping, rentals, multifamily, wholesaling etc.) should I start with and which State is the most suitable for the chosen strategy. Thank you.
