No we do not. When looking into it there was too much legality with it all and we did not want to take in that liability. We did however partner with a local boat rental that posts our Airbnb on their page, and we provide a discount code to our guests! Win/win!

Purchased this home, made a few small improvements and began our STR business within 2 weeks of purchase.

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $158,000

We purchased this home in 2016 while my husband was in the military. After moving to Texas we kept the property and have been renting it out to military families that come in and out of post every few years.
