I have listed a bar and grill a stones throw from Notre Dame University for $1.9 million. Ideal buyer will want to build on this 1.06 acres plot 10 luxury townhomes which is the new rage here! I have done the legwork with the architect, contractors, etc. I’d love to connect and explain the how and why’s! Licensed broker 10+ years experience. Thanks!

For a one bedroom sounds pretty steep to me. However, it depends on the area. I’m happy to help if you have more questions.
