@Juan David Maldonado I’ve looked at comps in the area there all between 220k and 300k the seller asking for $257 the property doesn’t need any work and it’s in a great neighborhood

Im just starting out and have a property I want to put under contract. Property doesn’t need any work I’m having trouble making a offer to seller where I can make a good deal.
