I'm interested in getting into RE investing, looking to purchase an auction home. I want to flip the home but my questions are:

1. Can a hard money lender provide funds to acquire an auction property?

2. If, i use my funds to secure property. Can a hard money lender provide financing for repairs?

@Kenneth McKeown, this would be a BRRR on an investment deal. Im worried about the cash out portion as it relates to the final LTV. Im using a hard money lender for the initial purchase.

Can anyone recommend an Investment Lender/Bank with fast turn times on the initial purchase and the cash-out refi? Property is located in the Dallas, TX area.
