Hi Folks,

Can anyone recommend neighborhoods or zipcodes that are favorable for Single Family buy and holds in South Bend, IN.

I am also looking to build a good team out there so if anyone can recommend an investor friendly realtor that would be great. Some 'boots on the ground' advice would also be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
