@Janet Voss I'm from the north end of town so that's where I'm beginning my research, but all the suburbs around Columbus have quite a variety of different looks. The market here on the north end is really hot right now and I haven't learned enough to know whether that will make it more difficult for me to get started in my own neck of the woods.

I'm just getting started learning about real estate investing. I'm primarily interested in flipping houses in my area and am in the very early stages of learning about our local market, seeing what houses have been flipped, might be flipped and all of that. Right now bingeing on the podcast and just trying to devour as much info as possible.
