Hello Yoav. Yes, the NPLA site references Pitbull. I have not heard of AAPL but Las Vegas is a fun place too. Maybe I will go to both. Thank you!

Good morning everyone

I have been in the Florida and Georgia real estate industry since the early 90s. Moved to Panama in 2022 and started a licensed hard money lending business in 2023. We have placed most of our liquidity into a real estate and used car loan portfolio. I am considering going to the NPLA event in Atlantic City for 3 reasons: https://nplaconference.com/june-2024-event-registration/

1 - Looking for partnering with a hard money lender who may want to expand into Panama to do "Harder Money Lending".
2 - Looking for servicing software
3 - Learn more about the hard money lending business specifically in Florida and the US is general

Have any of you been to an event organized by the NPLA? Is this a good event to go to for the above? Anybody recommend other interesting events to go to for the same purpose? Any and all comments appreciated.

So this is not only an ask, please write me if any of you want any information or advice about Panama. Retiring, tourism, real estate investing, immigration, etc.

Cheers! Jeff Sherman
