Greetings all,

New investor here; my wife and I used to live in Albuquerque, are currently living and working in Mexico City, and looking to start investing in real estate in ABQ. Exploring second home and/or investment property options. Would love to connect with folks in the area! Any recommendations on solid agents/lenders/contractors would be most welcome, and would love to have a zoom coffee with any local investors willing to share their experiences.
