@Scott Trench I believe it would be very helpful if I knew where I can access meetings or webinars that keep me up to date on some of the latest strategies, market research and groups in my area. Want to get networked and understand how I can become involved in a little more than just the lead gen process. Want to see if I can start to get rights to purchase under my power and sell them. 

Hello everybody, I have periodically browsed Bigger Pockets in the past. The first mention I had ever heard of the forum was from a client of mine that was focused on calling homeowners to generate leads for off market properties. I continue to engage in the same type of business while having created a variety of ways to make that type of operation much more precise. I am here in hopes of learning enough that I can become more engaged in the actual handling of the deal once it is brought to the table and to help anyone doing the same type of thing as much as I can.
