Hello BiggerPockets community,

I currently don’t have a lot of money saved up. But I do have a great credit score how do I leverage my credit score to get loans for rehabbing and flipping homes? If you can help or explain strategies it would be greatly appreciated gracias!

@Michael Plaks Thanks for the advice. I was told that setting up an LLC out of state, specifaclly the state of Nevada was the best because they supposedly have the best anonymity. Is that true? What makes having partners slippery in your eyes sir?
@Costin I. Thank you for the info much appreciated.

@Ashish Acharya Thanks for the advice. My goal is to do both flips and rentals. So setting one for each should be the way to go? Also as far as the partners I do have two friends, one a cpa and the other a investment banker, that I’m considering going into this with. So how would the distribution get complicated in a s-Corp? Thanks again

@Thomas S. thanks for the information I’ll be sure to make sure I use the insurance to my advantage

Just getting started in real estate and I keep seeing asset protection as being very important. How do I determine what kind of protection to have S-Corp LLC or both? Can anyone explain how I could have both and what that entails?
