@Corey Jacobs how did you find your deal?

I am in search of an experienced Real Estate agent that's familiar with the Aptos CA area that can help us purchase a house in Aptos. I prefer to have an agent that is also a Real Estate Investor, preferably an owner of at least 10 units that is also willing to mentor me and my wife to become successful investors.
