Hi Chris, would like to get your lender information if you don’t mind?

I have an investment property that I would like to take money out of by using a line of credit. Are there any Lenders this offer Line of Credit for investment property?

I have been in the landlord business for about 15 years now. My dad had rental properties and when he died, he left me two multi-unit properties. As of day, I have the two Multi-unit properties and 3 townhomes properties.

Hi all! I live in Florida and willing to move to whatever city I can implement BRRRR estrategy, here in Miami doesn't seem possible. Was thinking about Baltimore, Maryland or Jasksonville FL. What do you guys think? Any suggestions and recommendations are very welcomed and appreciated!

I live in Baltimore, MD and it is a lot of opportunity here to use the BRRRR strategy.
