@Justin Reyes I took out $17,000 out of my 403b and I was taxed 10% but I was able to find me a property owner occupied so to me the risk was worth it I'm much older than you and I'm looking to get my next property next year I want to borrow from my 403b again

Sorry it took so long for me to get back the BiggerPockets my app been down for about a year-and-a-half as you guys know I'm working on my next investment I just don't know what direction to really go I have my rental property down for one year looking for 4-Plex

j it's been 5 months I was going back and forth with the seller about who's going to pay the real estate agent I'm looking forward to my journey toward real estate

to all the BP members who out there who think that taking out of there 401k is a bad idea I just took out money out of my 401k to purchase a property and I'm in my fifties and I don't regret it at all and I'm looking to borrow more money and build me a good profolio so are you guys out there that think that is a bad idea it's not stick to your guns happy 2018 to all BP members

yes you should definitely contact the mortgage company because you won't want to be held accountable for mortgage fraud due to the circumstances of you relocating because of your job is shouldn't really be a problem
