I was just wondering how you would go about finding a hard money lender or private lender in the rapid city, SD area.

We are currently doing a remodel in our bathroom, so I have been watching hgtv for ideas. So that is why my wife is tired of hgtv.

After reading Rich Dad, poor Dad, I realized it's time to get out of the rat race. I have one more year of college and then would like to start investing in multi family units for the passive cash flow. The reasons for the wait is because I feel like it will take some time to convince my wife to start building a real estate business to be financially free. Any advice would be welcome!
