Hello! I'm Jeff from Las Vegas NV. I work full time as a bartender and have a bunch of things I love to do on the side. My wife and I are new to Real Estate. We are a month in to getting out first single family house rented out. Been following BP since we decided to buy this second property. Had some money saved and hated seeing it just sit there. We wanted to start investing in our future/retirement, so we jumped into RE since we are DIY people who love tools and refurbishing things. Already, we have gotten so much from this community, so I figured it was time to say hi and thank you!
