i am looking for an investor to loan me the money to purchase and rehab one side of the double i am looking at. It currently has a long time tenant in the other side and would only need cosmetics in the other, each side would bring in 600 to 700 per side willing to work with anyone interested. total money needed is 50,000....

i am going to buy a sheriff sale house here soon,that being said the value of the house will leave me with about 40,000 dollars worth of equity going in was wondering on average how long would i have to wait to either get a home equity loan or line of credit.since i would owe the house outright any info can help

i am just getting in to real estate and i know first hand to never give money up front if they need money up front you dont need them. i have a background in construction and have owned a roofing business for the last 5 years i always offer no money up front payment upon completion

i am very interested in buying rental property to achieve my goal of living off my rental income by the time i am 45 years old so i got about 6 years left plus i love real estate.would be willing to have investors or partners on some flips but mainly i want to buy and hold rentals.
