There is a REIA meeting that meets once per month, I think the second Thursday, at Stony Badger. I have met a lot of great people there, including Maxwell Fontaine who you can find here on Bigger Pockets. We used Byron J. Woods and had good experience 8 years or so ago.  He caught a basement leak and did an overall good job for us.  As of today, he has one 5 star and one 1 star review on Google.  If you find a rock star inspector, I'd be very interested in knowing as well.
