Thanks for the response, I actually think it was my own fault.  I'm new to Propstream and didn't realize there were multiple pages I had to click through.  Problem solved!

I've done my research and narrowed down the counties I would be interested in buying.  I ran the counties through Propstream and filtered for only properties larger than 5 acres but was suprised at how few properties came up.  I would think in a county in the middle of nowhere, there would be tons of large parcels, yet propstream would only come up with perhaps 15 in a county, some showed zero, and most were not suitable for my needs.  Is this a problem with Propstream, or are there really so few properties of that size?  I would imagine someone would own massive amounts of contiguous land in the middle of nowhere, yet I am not finding it.  Can someone redirect me since I believe I am missing something obvious here.

Thanks, I'll check out propstream.  Since they have a free 7 day trial, if their filters work for my needs, they might be a good place to gather the data I am looking for.

I don't beleive Realtors will be very helpful in finding off MLS listings, especially if you don't already have a working relationship with them. I'm in the data compilation portion of my hunt, and the data I am looking for will result in thousands of items being harvested for digesting and manipulation; my needs require "big data" to be involved and I was really looking for sources like listsource that was suggested by Zachary.

Can  you/anyone suggest a less expensive option (I'm a begininer).  I don't believe I need the sophisitication of listsource, I am only looking to filter for property size (5 acres or more) in specific towns I enter and then get a list of names/addresses.  I could even do without the names since I could cross reference addresses with the free GIS provided by towns/counties.

I have decided to target 20 or so towns in Pennsylvania (several counties) I want to purchase property in.  Is there an online, paid or free, system that I can input the 20 town names and then filter to locate parcels over 5 acres?  I've been manually using the municipal GIS Mapping and Data service, which allows me to manually zoom in on properties and determine the owner, but I would much prefer to be able to filter the info first for parcel size over 5 acres and THEN use GIS to tell me the owner, parcel size, address, tax info, value, etc.

Thanks

I think Wells Fargo could assist.  However, I would check with your state Dept. of Banking and Insurance and see what banks are registered to transact buisness in the state and then use that list to answer your question.
