This month we are going to focus on Deal Structuring! Bring leads you are working on or questions you have structuring offers. We will do live Deal Structuring during this presentation. Learn how to look at leads and what to do with them. Bring complete leads with the most detailed info - the condition of the property, ARV, rent comps, underlying debt, monthly payment, taxes, how much of a down payment the seller need and how long of a term are the sellers willing to carry the loan. We will put together multiple offers for these leads. This will be a great learning experience for all levels of real estate investors.

Time: 6:30 pm (MST) and will go to 8:30
