I just have a question on marketplace rules. My dad has a deal he’s trying to find an investor or private money. I have a pro account but he does not. Can I post his deal in the marketplace to help him find private money or an investor? I am not involved in the deal. I just want to get him in contact with people who might be interested.

We have an agent here looking. I put this post up to see if there might be anything that's not listed on the MLS. I do need to talk to someone who deals with agriculture and farm properties this is something I'm not too familiar with. Thanks

I’m looking for a farm in central Oregon. My wife wants to start a farm or take over an existing farm for horses and organic gardening. No livestock like cows or pigs. She wants to be self sufficient and provide a product to a farm to table market. I’m also looking for a financing option but most importantly the right property because we’ll be living there too. Thank you

Hi check out REXMLS it is a decentralized multiple listing service. It’s tokenized on the Ethereum network. I’ve read everything I can on it. I think decentralized ledger technologies can revolutionize real estate. I think a lot of the old systems that the real estate industry uses is going to be obsolete very soon. It would behoove anyone who is an agent, broker, title company, escrow to learn about this new technology. Think about what the internet did to the newspaper and classifieds, they practically no longer exist. But this just my humble opinion. But seriously check out REX. http://rexmls.com/

I am looking for multi family 2 3 or 4 plex's in Redmond Oregon. I don't currently own any rental properties but I'm on a mission to own my first. I'm interested in talking with someone about marketing networking and finding deals. I may be the most fun to work with so let's chat.

What is the market like in Dallas for real estate agents? Are there enough or too many? I'm wondering if I got my license and moved to Dallas if I'd be competing with too many agents and not enough deals? Also I'm interested in property management. Is there a market for me to get business doing property management? Thanks for any replies. I'm looking at moving to Texas so I'm asking questions of people who are familiar with the area, specifically Dallas but I am willing to move anywhere really. I'd prefer being in one of the larger cities outlying areas. Thanks. I'm also looking for a duplex to buy. Thanks.

Perfect thank you that's exactly what I was looking for. I'm not familiar with Texas at all I appreciate that. Thanks again

I am looking for a Real Estate agent in Plano Texas. I live in Bend Or. and the family wants to move to Texas. There are several reasons we are looking at Plano mainly because its close in to Dallas. My question is this: I'm looking for a single family home 3 bed 2 bath is suffiecient, with about 2-5 acres to have a few horses. The youngest kid is a cowgirl. We are looking for a price range around 200K or below. Is that possible? I can take on a fixer. Thanks for your time. Jeff

Hi Tom

Thanks for the reply I will be reading these blogs and looking for more info. Life insurance is something I've definitely heard of but never took the time to learn so when I read about it, it definitely got my attention.

I'll read these blogs then check out your website then email you any questions then. Thanks Tom.
