Turn your anger into more action...

It took me from January of this year to closing my first wholesale deal as of next Tuesday.

Its been a long and exhausting journey, however getting over that hump is so worth it!

I actually mean both, however it seems to me that 

Wholetailing allows for larger spreads and allows me to work in nicer areas...  I'm in the Dublin/Powell area and would love to stick to this area to to a lot of deals.

I am looking to wholetail in Columbus and would like to pair up with some private investors.  I am a newer investor, however I am extremely motivated to market and get some great deals  under contract.

I have a condo under contract. Title search brings up taxes and condo fees due.

However,  I have hit a dead end as far as contacting the association to get a payoff amount.

What's the best way to track them down?

Walnut Green Condos is the name... Out of Columbus Ohio.
