Im interested in setting up a wholesale business in Washington state but I'm a licensed realtor can I do both or do I have to give up my new license i find investing more attractive

That's awesome Ashley, I'm from Rochester NY originally but now in Seattle Wa, looking to do the same, did they look at your credit before giving out the loan and did you have the down payment money to go along with the loan or did they finance it all at first?
